Main goal during the flagship program 2021-2024 is to support the Finnish cities with respect to the better preparedness to climate change impacts and in achieving climate neutrality. The main goal is divided sub-goals focusing on health impacts, predictability and impacts of heatwaves, urban climate simulations, and tourism industry. These goals are highly supported by the ongoing supplementary projects.
